I know for many this isn't needed I direct this info to those who are still learning. If you don't want to reinstall all the bloatware do the following:

• If you don't already have it download 7-zip from here http://www.7-zip.org/
• With 7-zip right click jflteusc_Bloatware.zip and open it
• Double click and open system - app in the app folder you'll find all the apks that will be reinstalled
• Delete the apps you don't want and leave what you do, when finished close the zip and your done.

Droidroidz and I have been working on this for the better part of a week and it's finally ready to share. I do not have a s4 phone so droidroidz flashed - reflashed - fixed - what ever it took to make this possible.

Have you tried teamuscellular.com they have quite a bit of stuff for this phone. The have the 2 threads from here, 3 ROMs, a couple different recoveries, and a custom kernel.
