The 3G Just Modifies The Build.Prop.

The Kickass You Need To Make The Folder For It To Install. Make It So You Have This /system/etc/init.d

Then Run Both Scripts, Go Into The init.d Folder And Open The Kickass Kernel Checking Boot, Root, Save, Run.
No Problem, Oh And When Running The Kickass Kernel Script Inside The init.d Folder And You Get An Error Like This

Error Code 2 (Blue)

Code:
/system/etc/init.d/98kickasskernel: 45: Syntax error: word unexpected
That's Okay Because The Kernel Tweak Still Gets Applied.
Use Script Manager To Run The Scripts.

Also When In Script Manager, Hit The Menu Button, More, Advanced Options, Config, Check Browse As Root.

Does it usually take forever to "backing up ORIGINAL build.prop..." because i ran the 3GTurboCharger script as root and it is just sitting there.
It's Instant. Once You See Backup Then The Script Is Finished.
I Updated My OP. Forgot The Most Important Info.
Click The One That Says Edit.
Use Something Like Root Explorer To Create The Folders. I Only Use Script Manager For One Thing, Running Scripts.
In Script Manager Hit The Menu Button>More>Advanced Options>Config Make Sure Browse As Root Is Checked.
You Have Everything Straightened Out Now?
I'm Terribly Sorry, That's My Fault I Assumed You Would Know How To Get Up The Top Of The System. My Bad. :(

Edit: Also Uploaded A Photo Of Where The Kickass Kernel Tweak Is Located After The Script Has Run The First Time.

No, No I Know What You Meant And I'm A Bit Of A Perfectionist So That Right There To Me Is Like Leaving Out A HUGE Step. I Am Glad To Help You And Many Others Like Yourself. I've Just Noticed On Some Other Forums They Don't Like My Typing Style And Also Don't Like Me Helping People Out.
Not Yet, He Never Released An Update Last Night.

Hey Mikey,

If I am already running the V6 supercharger script, this means I already have the proper folder installed right? I looked and do see the system/etc/init.d folder there; in this case, do I just have to run the 2 scripts just like I do the supercharger script? Place on SD card, open script manager, select the script, choose "run as root" and everything should work? I've already had to do a factory reset recently due to a boot loop and don't really want to do it again. I'm assuming that there aren't any options once inside the script like there is in the supercharger; you just select it and it runs itself automatically? When you say "edit the OP" what is this referring to?

I apologize for the onslaught of questions, but I really do apreciate any help you can offer.
PMed.
The Last Two Posts, The SD Card Scripts DO NOT CHECK RUN AT BOOT.

I Have Now Edited My OP Stating That Some Have Had Confusion.
Yes Unfortunately I Just Had The Same Issue And I Believe It Has Something To Do With The Way He Wrote It. I Just Went Through My Phone Restarting After Locking Up After Boot A Few Times. I Didn't See He Updated Until Now. Sorry Everyone I Will Change It Again.
Ya It's I'm The Messenger Here And I Got So Much Going On Between 4 Sites About The X2 And Sometimes I Can Miss When He Wrote He Updated It. I'm Trying My Best To Stay On Top Of Things To Make Sure Everyone Is Satisfied And No Phones Become Bricked Or Something Worse.

I Will Continue To Monitor This Subject And Wait For A Resolution Giving You All The New Update Location And Instructions If They Change.

Thank You All For Your Patience And Time,

Mikey

After Zep updated his scripts I have had no issues with either one. The 3G script runs as expected using the run as root option (do not check run on boot). You need to create the init.d folder in /system/etc/ place the 98 kick ass kernel script and run in this directory using run as root and run on boot.

The updated scripts are on the XDA forum using the original link from Zepplinrox. You will now get confirmation when running the script that it has finished and you need to reboot.

When Running The 98kickasskernel It Would Get I Think Half Way Thru Running The Script Lock Up And Start A Constant Bootloop After Getting The Lock Screen. I Will Try Again But I'm Not The Only One Experiencing This Issue.

Are You Sure You're Running:
3GTurboChargerInstallerUpdate2.sh.txt
98KickAssKernelTweaksInstallerUpdate2.sh.txt

Me Plus 4 Other People That I'm Aware Of That The New Kernel Script Locks Up The Phone And Bootloops It.

Mikey, Both my installs were successful. But after checking the file names I found that mine do not say Update 2 !!!

3GTurbochargerInstaller.sh.txt
98KickAssKernelTweaksInstaller.sh.txt

Hoping these 2 tidbits of Info will have an Earthquake like affect on the Android Community!!! Just peed in my pants !!!
Yup When I First Loaded Them They Both Worked Great. Now Only The 3G Turbo Updated2 Works. I'm Not Sure What The Kernel Script Was Doing But I Don't Have It Anymore. Wait For The Next Update Hope It Gets Resolved.
