[480x800] [2.1.3] Base UI for themes

This is the default/stock UI (ripped from the ramdisk img) for 2.1.3 and can be used as a base for theming TWRP 2.1.3 480x800.

You can't* change the team win curtain/boot image. They purposefully made that separate from the theme so that someone couldn't just completely rebrand the recovery and claim it as their own. Since you can completely change the rest of the UI (including changing or removing the TWRP text) it kinda makes sense for them to have left something with their name/logo on it.

*Like everything, it is not entirely impossible to change this. However, I agree with their reasons for not wanting it changed so I won't be making any modifications to that.
