Word of advice, don't attempt to use any of the "Power Saving Options" particularly those that change settings to 2G while the screen is off, you will get phone FCs and no signal until a data wipe. I am an idiot and always learn the hard way. ;-)

Roman, when I used the FB sync in the last build, it never synced the contact photos. Do you know if that is working? I waited over a day and photos never synced, just the contacts themselves.

I noticed the same thing. I was kind of wondering as well. I even deleted Haxsync just to be sure.

Does your sd card mount when you plug it in to your pc? Check. With #7, mine stopped.

I cannot access Settings---More. I have wiped data, formatted system and settings keeps eventually force closing. Any ideas anyone?

What happens when you try to access settings? What way are you trying to access?

The area where NFC, Mobile Hotspot, etc are. It just freezes basically and finally says settings is not responding would you like to close, report?

Android newbie here.
I searched for help i promise.

So i am getting a (Status 7) Installation aborted. When flashing this rom. I am currently running AXI0M 2.1 and it is working just fine.
I did a wipe data/factory reset/wipe cache/wipe dalvik.
What am i doing wrong?

Did you check to see if you had a complete download. Check the MD5SUM.

Here is my screen shots of the settings force closing. It is driving me crazy especially since I have wiped data and formatted system. It was doing this on the Milestone build as well.

You should! You will enjoy it. It is well put together and I am sure that my settings Force Closing is something isolated on my part I just need some help figuring out where the hell it came from... I am open for suggestions. In fact, I think I may try to flash another ROM to see if I get the same thing on another build and if I do then I may have a bigger problem then I think.

toro is the verizon LTE right?

and i did check hash downloads are good.

There is a newer build than Milestone in the OP if you wanna give it a shot. It is build 11. See if that one gives you the same error.

Don't bother, just backup apps in Titanium, go to CWM Recovery, factory reset/data wipe, wipe cache, format system, data, cache (I know, overkill, but whatever)...and flash a re-downloaded version of the ROM from this thread. Can't go wrong.

I've done that already. MD5 matches up. The menus are still not accessible. I am going to try to figure it out today.

Mine took about 7 minutes to download over 4G.

Yeah i rebooted and it seems still not to show the Data icon. The bars are grey, its weird because my wifes phone is right next to mine and she has full bars and her 3G icon is there.

Did you by chance mess with the power saving options?

Well I couldn't download 13 earlier so I'm thanking God because I see bugzz

lol. And I'm super excited for the multiple things everyone is suggesting! I totally agree with the lockscreen having more than just camera on it! Kind of useless for me, I don't know about everyone else but.

Bugs? I don't have any bugs that I can tell. This is the most solid build I have ran but then again almost every single build Roman puts out is A+ quality stuff!

Are you using CDMA only with power saver? That is the part that doesn't seem to work correctly for me.

I tried to leave this ROM for a CM9 kang but just couldn't as that's how awesome this ROM is.

So I did some more testing and I can't reproduce this with LTE off.

So to test I tried the CDMA only with screen off and dialed voicemail. My issue only occurs with screen off so I moved the phone to my ear to trigger screen off on proximity.

Wifi wouldn't make a difference, so:
1. Data on/LTE on - call disconnects
2. Data off/LTE on - call disconnects
3. Data on/LTE off - no issues
4. Data off/LTE off - no issues

It appears the only factor is the LTE radio being on.

I can confirm this. I just haven't had a chance to post. It will also drop the call when the screen dims out if you are talking with power saver enabled.

had a random reboot today with b17...dunno if it had the activation complete screen...using faux kernel 10m.

Any reason in particular that you're still running 17?
