Here is the start to my ICS Mods post, I will add as I finish them, enjoy.

What do these Mods change?
The Mod description is above each Download link, but most of them will change the Statusbar, Battery and the Bottom of the Pull Down.

*******Instructions:*******
1. Download Mod (make sure the Mod you plan on using will work with your current Rom).
2. Put Mod on your phone if you used a PC to download. (anywhere on your phones SD card is ok).
3. Reboot phone into recovery.
4. Select "Install zip from sdcard"
5. Select "choose zip from sdcard"
6. Locate and select "mod name".zip on your sdcard.
7. After it installs select "reboot system now"
8. Make sure mod took and thats it.

If you are going to use a mod that makes the NavBar transparent, you will have to use the Nova Launcher 12 located towards the bottom of this post. The reason is because this version of Nova Launcher is tweaked to get rid of the half transparent/half black NavBar that you see anytime you flash a mod with a transparent NavBar. I hope to update the latest versions of Nova and Apex here soon but its pretty tricky to get the newer versions to work.If you dont mind your NavBar that is half transparent and half black then go ahead and use any Launcher version you want.

*******TRANSPARENCY MOD INSTRUCTIONS:*******
1. Uninstall all instances of Nova Launchers you currently have installed (make a Titanium Backup of them before you uninstall in case you want to go back, it makes it quick and easy).
2. Reboot into Recovery and wipe Dalvik Cache (choose "advanced options" in recovery to get to Dalvik Cache options).
3. After you Wipe Dalvik Cache then reboot, do not flash the "modified Nova Launcher" yet.
4. After phone boots up, reboot into recovery again and flash "modified Nova Launcher 12".
5. After phone boots up again, it should now ask you to choose your default Launcher and NavBar should be 100% transparent.

Warning: Use these at your own risk.

What is the "Fast Glow" Mod?
The Fast Glow Mod changes the reaction time after you press the Soft Buttons in the Nav Bar. It makes a drastic difference.

Yeah cause they are two different Systemui.apk's altogether the two mods would have to be in one apk
