One-Click bootloader unlocking app for the Verizon Galaxy S3​

Thanks to AdamOutler and all the other gurus who made this happen!​

Not much more to put here other than instructions:

• Make sure you're rooted!
• Install app
• Start app
• Click Unlock

Look, I even made the Unlock button absolutely huge so there's no way you could possibly screw this up. Really. Now get to it.

***Admin Edit*** - This app has not been updated since 2012 and does not work on any bootloaders since the ML1 4.3 OTA. If you have taken the 4.3 OTAs of ML1 or NC1 or the 4.4.2 OTA of NE1, do not download and try to use this app to unlock your bootloader. You will hard brick your device. The app is no longer even available on the play store.

• Verify bootloader via SHA-1 hash -> this should prove much more reliable than storing preferences, and will persist across different roms, updates, etc.

• Hotfix for last night's screw up. This version doesn't have any kind of bootloader checking going on, so I honestly recommend that you just stick to 1.2 for now until I can get this sorted out. I'm fried for the night though, sorry guys.

There is no re-lock option yet. It was planned, but it seems like individual phones have unique bootloaders, and flashing anything other than what was already on your phone can cause a brick, so I decided to leave it out for now. Will update once this is resolved.

I did it myself with stock.vzw_root66 without any problem.

Reboot your phone. If it reboots much faster than before, especially if the Samsung screen is only on for a blip and you don't see the custom unlock symbol on the bottom of the screen, it worked and your bootloader is unlocked.

the new CM10 nightly (1920)8/15/12 uses non-kexec.
but im not on CM10, im on Beans8.
I wonder if u install cm10 through k-exec, unlock bootlader, and then flash cm10 1920 nightly you would be ok....?

Boot time is increased like 50 times. It's insanely fast. And the unlock/custom symbol always appears on boot when you rooted and installed a custom rom.

If you haven't seen the custom unlock symbol on the Samsung screen during boot yet I wouldn't worry about it since it won't show up and will be irrelevant with this new method and the bootloader unlocked.

Great app! I was going to wait till I got home to unlock my bootloader, then I found this, and it's done, just like that, you can literally not make it any simpler.

I rooted with a one click method, didn't use ODIN, and I don't have the unlock symbol on boot.
