type the following into your Terminal Emulator:

cat /sys/class/power_supply/battery/charge_counter

the information and the idea....looks like we will be waiting till moto releases their source,for this to work.

This is what the app or widget looks at to get 1% increments! Its not a esitmate its accurate!
