Not sure how you did this so I'll ask. Did you extract the boot animation from the zip? Did you go into system/media and rename the original bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak? The animation that you want to replace it with has to be named exactly bootanimation.zip. Once its renamed move or copy the file In system/media. There is a free boot animation changer in the market. Think called boot animation utility. This has worked for me on some animations. Hope this helps. Im guessing your rooted. The picture is done with a app called shoot me. Drocap2 works also. The animations in this thread will work. You just need to unzip the file and find the file "bootanimation.zip " and extract it.Mike Thomason said:'
