Edit: Hijacked post 2 from a dev...sorry AOKP!
Unofficial "Confirmed" Bugs *TORO*
-Lockscreen wallpaper changes result in a Rom Control FC (Maguro as well)
-Lockscreen icon changes result in a FC. Upon turning screen off, it appears to BSOD: and more importantly, a phone that won't boot again; even with a dirty install on top. Data must be wiped and rom reinstalled. (Maguro as well)
-Phone>Settings>Dialpad Settings causes a FC.
-Opening power-controls at the lockscreen and pressing any of the nav-bar options from within power-controls causes the phone to lock up for ~15 seconds. This one is obviously VERY minor...just don't press the power-control buttons on the lockscreen. Sethyx also confirmed that it'll be fixed in the next build.
-"All Day" events are posted a day early on the lockscreen calender and "All day" events of the day show up as the day prior (i.e. "April's Birthday Fri All Day [when the day is now saturday])
-Display>Custom Backlight Settings>Allow Light Decrease toggle appears to not do anything and is enabled by default.

*I hope you guys don't mind me doing this...hopefully it'll make your lives EASIER. This isn't bashing in any way.*

Day 2 impressions:
No problems. Still a strong build.
Loving it.

So this is NOT for CDMA?
Not yet buddy.
You're looking for the keyword "TORO."
He'll update us when it's ready.

So is it safe to flash this? Or wait a few days? I'm at work and wouldn't be able to work on it if something goes seriously wrong. I saw Jubakuba's bugs but I don't use either of those features. Should I wait?
I did a fairly concise...but quick test of the settings upon a second clean install.
They all seem butter aside from lockscreen bugs mentioned.

This doesn't affect root correct? I know the one version(straight from source) eliminated root but roman included that in right?
Confirmed that root apps are running fine.

Hey Guys -

Need help here. I installed Build 29 today for Toro on my VZ GNex and it's just frozen at the Google logo.

Wiped all data, wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache, even wiped battery stats. I pulled the battery, rebooted into recovery, wiped everything again and still no luck.

Any idea why? Has anyone else seen this issue?

Thanks!
Did you check MD5?
Also when you wiped everything a second time...did you reflash the rom and gapps?
If not...try that.
If it doesn't boot...
Redownload and confirm MD5.

Dont see any "Mediascanner improvements" it actually got worse for me. Media Server breaks down media storage then rebuilds it on every reboot so far... takes like 30 minutes leaving cpu at highest freq.
Otherwise Thank you for merging 4.0.4, so smooth and fluid.
I never had an issue...
Not on 28 either.
I don't know about ya'll that are...but maybe some lingering corrupted data is the real cause?
I know Rom was confirmed to have impact...but it should be fixed.

How do you change the lock screen icons? I didnt know you could do that.
DON'T do that right now.
It worked fine on B28.
This will cause a bootloop on B29.

But all you'd do is click the icon where you set the apps in lockscreen settings.

Turn off screen and hold power button to get to lock screen/ power menu options. Then hit back on the navigation bar from the power menu. My screen goes black and phone locks up.
Confirmed.
Other than this though, It's been perfect...so just don't press back on the lockscreen?

What I did:
Turn screen off.
Turn back on and get to power menu by holding power.
Press back.
Appears to lock up.
Pressing power locks the screen.
Screen can't be unlocked for ~15 seconds.
The "Press back to unlock" option was NOT selected...may have something to do with that.
Edit:
Does the same thing with the home button.
Edit2:
Rootzwiki App Logcat!

Tried a couple of the other 404 roms over the past 24 hours and can honestly say aokp is the gold standard already even with the minor lock screen issues. Runs likes a fine tuned machine on the new Franco 404 kernel. Honestly I can do without lockscreen changes and I am actually hesitant to change a thing. Battery life is phenomenal using hotplug governor. I said it before and ill say it again.... Well done team kang. Anyone waiting for 30, just flash this and leave the lockscreen alone and you will be very pleased.
Precisely my thinking.
You miss your X yet?

Sweet who doesnt like upgrades !!!! Now with the official 4.0.4 release, are the leaked (radios 4.0.4) the same or will those change as well.
With the CDMA release of 4.0.4 or 4.0.5 (whatever it may end up being) we'll get radio images as well.

The radios yes but nothing else. Bootloader unlocked is crackflashing heaven.
Really?
I'm finding my radios to be completely comparable.
Can't really argue for either.
That's too bad =/
