I just got an otter box commuter case for my X squared a few weeks ago for about $30, but u can find them cheaper on ebay. Its really a great case, three piece...screen protector, silicon cover and then a plastic shell goes over that. Makes it a little more bulkier, but its very well protected. Its definately worth the $$ to me...

I bought the Otterbox Defender case through Amazon for about $32. It is a three piece design with hard plastic case with screen protector built in with a silicon outer case and a hard plastic belt clip case to lock in in while out and about. This case makes it bulkier but it feels good in the hand and it brings peace of mind knowing it will be safe though most any torture I can put it through.

For your consideration:
I used to use cases, but with the high retail cost of high end smartphones, I've decided to buy the insurance.

Since then, I've been keeping my phone naked which I prefer. This phone is a tank. I've dropped my X countless times and it still looks great. If it ever breaks or scratches too badly, $100 will get an insurance replacement (probably to a more current model).
