So is there no possible way to get the T-Mobile theme chooser aapt for windows? If not then I am going to boot over into Linux but that is still kinda a pain in the arse to setup everything.

Not sure I understand the source code for the tmobile theme app is online and you can dev in windows see the android sdk docs

If you want to compile roms you will need some *nix but app development can be accomplished from that OS

Well I figured no one had saw this post and made a Ubuntu partition so I could just pull the source and build there. But thanks.
