Not sure I understand the source code for the tmobile theme app is online and you can dev in windows see the android sdk docsMasterTM said:

So is there no possible way to get the T-Mobile theme chooser aapt for windows? If not then I am going to boot over into Linux but that is still kinda a pain in the arse to setup everything.

Well I figured no one had saw this post and made a Ubuntu partition so I could just pull the source and build there. But thanks.
