clear cache
clear dalvik cache
install zip
reboot system

*once the phone reboots it will either reboot itself one time or you will have to reboot it for the changes to stick.. please dont panic if on the first reboot there is no top status bar or any other issues on the second reboot all will be fine

I used the blood red but went back to overminds ics only cause its to hard to read the numbers on the dialer, if you took out andy from the buttons i would go straight back
