the clock is in .2 so if i were to flash .3 over it than i should still have the clock. right? i'm assuming that we're referring to the clock app that has the alarms, stop watch and counter. right?

welps! flashing .3 over .2 didn't work very well. gmail kept FC'ing even after i formatted /system and flashed .3 so i reverted to a nand-backup of .2 and i'll stay put with that for now. i don't want to do another data wipe again since i got everything setup so nicely with .2 just recently.
Adrynalyne, do you know what the changes are between .2 and .3? they can't be that significant, can they?

I had the same issue with Gmail. I unistalled the update though Android Market and then reinstalled. This solved the forceclose issue for me.

Is anyone else having an issue with Google Talk not recognizing the FFC? Neither Google+ mobile nor Skype have an issue with the FFC.
