When Google first published the Material Design guidelines in June, they expected it to be a living document that changed and grew over time. Today Google is publishing the first significant update to those guidelines. Some additional resources include updated sticker sheets in PSD, AI and Sketch formats, a new icon library, new color swatch downloads, and updated whiteframe downloads.

The updated sticker sheets are meant to be integrated into a single comprehensive sticker sheet for easier use. An aggregated sticker sheet will now be made available for Photoshop and Sketch, and will show the new standard elements for design use. The new system icon sticker sheet will make the standard icons used across different apps available as well.

These guidelines are expected to change more in the future as Google gets more feedback from the developer community. If you're a developer it's definitely something you should check out.
