Title says it all, I am on Burn Theory, about to flash to Shift Theory, but I notice GPS is fast and shows me where I am and can give me directions, but the navigation part of it won't work, why is this?

AOSP roms have a bit of a hard time with Navigation. Do a nandroid of your current rom, flash a sense rom and use that to get a gps lock. Leave gps on, and restore your nandroid backup. Should be working fine.
