Thanks for this list go to the guys over at XDA again I take no credit for making this list just passing on info for you guys:)

This is a list of all applications that are safe to remove from the phone. In order to remove these apps, you must first be rooted. Using Root Explorer, navigate to /data/apps/ or /system/apps/ to find these corresponding .apk files
