Am I missing something - any other rom or version of Gummy I've had on my phone before if it's set to Vibrate & Ring when getting a call / notifications when I use the volume rocker and turn the volume down it goes to completely silent mode instead of going to vibrate only. Anyone else have this issue / know how to make it go to vibrate instead of silent (besides going into the Sound Settings and clicking "Silent Mode" and setting it to vibrate - which only stays until you turn the volume up and then if you go back down its back to silent)?

You have it toggled to silent in the pull down menu. Pull down the menu. With volume on you should see a speaker. Turn volume all the way down an tap the toggle until vibrate shows. Changing it in menu settings wont work as long as you have that toggle in the pull down.
