I was wondering, since Franco Kernel apparently doesn't work with recent updates, and he claims it will not work with any ROMs that base their structure off of CM. I thought AOKP worked off of the AOSP base, but I also noticed it was using the CM kernel.
I recently switched back to a Nexus 5 after being on a Verizon Galaxy S4 (locked bootloader), and my perfect combo in the past has always been AOKP + Franco Kernel, but when I try to install it I am unable to boot back in, so I have to re-flash the ROM.
