Thanks to cayniarb for the original .38 port

This is the same jdkernel from http://bit.ly/iuUw6o , however, this kernel is highly experimental and is compiled from the testing branch from my source. It has some added features from my stable builds and may not boot, may freeze and lock up, or may have broken features. I am not responsible for anything that may happen to your phone in using this.

EDIT: THIS UPDATE FEATURED A LOT OF INTERSECTRAVE AND CODEARORA COMMITS. SPECIAL THANKS TO THEM FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE SUCH A SMOOTH KERNEL.

THIS WILL BE UPDATED EVERY NIGHT, GRANTED I AM ABLE TO UPDATE IT. SOME NIGHTS WILL HAVE A NIGHTLY, AND SOME WILL NOT.

Features:
2.6.38.8
SBC Trickle Charge
New Smartass governor
Undervolted
SLUB unqueued allocater
BFQ v2
BFS 404
Readahead buffer increased to 1040
Optimized compiler (compiled with neon and cortex flags)
Lagfree Governor
Kernel now supports swap
Slightly undervolted
HAVS
HAVS SYSFS interface
Optimizations to HAVS by intersectraven
Implemented hr_msleep
Other bugfixes and optimizations

Changelog:
Nightly1: added HAVS, implemented hr_msleep, added HAVS sysfs interface, other fixes.

Download link: http://mirror.jdkoreclipse.net/kernel/inc/jdkernel_38_nightly1_inc.zip

NOTE: In order to use the HAVS sysfs interface, you must flash viperboy's scripts and follow the dirctions on how to use them...you can find his stuff at viperboy.tiamat-aosp.com

Please report any issues you have with this kernel in this thread, on my forums, or on my issue tracker. If you need to chat with me in real time, please visit my IRC channel (all of this is conveniently located at www.jdkoreclipse.net).
