So as of last week my keyboard will no longer charge.. the light just blinks red for hours and hours and the dock still reads 0%. The tablet charges just fine it seems, just the keyboard dock has problems. Do i have a defective keyboard? I treat this thing like gold so never dropped it, threw it, and no scratches. Is it time to call ASUS ya think?

Revenge, unfortunately I had the same exact problem on my first keyboard. I contacted ASUS and after a few minutes with a tech on the phone they gave me an RMA to return it for repairs. Tech said it was probably an issue with the charging port not being properly soldered in. Was kind of weird I thought as the port didn't seem lose to me at all. A week after I sent it in I got an e-mail that stated the keyboard was defective and that I should receive a new one within 3-5 days. Got the new one 2 days later. This one, knock on wood, charges great. Wish I had better news for you.

just a weird update... the keyboard started charging after i updated the firmware included in the new Prime ROM. dont know what was wrong with it.. but ill take it.
