Is it necessary to do a full wipe to flash 1.1 if I already have liquid gingersense 1.0?

I wiped cache and davlik twice and I have not had any issues. Always backup first just in case

benn backed up to BA for a really long time, and for some reason not all of my contacts backed up to google. Everytime I would load a new rom w/o BA I would loose around 30-40 numbers.

I have noticed this as well with google.
