If you are having issues moving between Mes/Show ROMs and Fascinate ROMs thats because the updater script if trying to check your device can wont let you flash a Mes?Show ROM over a Fascinate ROM. So if you run into this problem. Put one of the following in the META-INF/com/google/android folder of your zip.

Trying to flash CM9

Ok got the latest build of Gummy installed. Phone booted fine. I am, however, having an issue booting into recovery now. I hit the power button, select reboot>recovery. Phone restarts but goes right back into gummy. Any ideas?

Steve,
I am on the Mesmerize. I can try and logcat. Have only done that like one other time. Need a little hand holding on how to pull the logcat data.

UPDATE: You can get to recovery using the 3 finger method, but not via the menus.

UPDATE 2: After doing the 3 finger method and install gapps when you go to reboot it just takes you back to recovery. I can not longer get into Gummy.

Can't three finger on ICS, it's in the OP, you only options now are ODIN and wipe flash cm7 reboot youll be in cm7 recovery now reflash cm7 and you should boot into cm7 then follow install instructions from the OP.

I am back on Gummy with gapps. I have a copy of my logcat. it is very long. I just tried getting into recovery after a fresh install again and it still will not boo to recovery. Here is how I installed:

1. Stock Rooted EH09
2. Using Odin I install CWM4
3. Loaded the build 2, Gummy Nightly 28, and gapps to sdcard
4. Rebooted int CWM
5. Installed build 2, rebooted
6. Reboot back to CWM4, install Gummy build 3-28-11 and gapps
7. Reboot

Try to reboot in CWM and it doesn't work, it just goes straight to the Gummy load screen.

I rebooted again and re-posted the logcat. Again it did not go into recovery. I hate being the only only one with an issue......makes me look like a liar. :)

I will add that besides my little issue the ROM is running great. :)
