Anybody know anything about MirrorLink (see links)?

I'm wondering if this could be implemented in Gummy or if it requires some proprietary binaries. I've heard that the GS III comes with it. I just picked up the Sony XAV-601BT headunit and MirrorLink would be tits! So far Nokia, of all irrelevant phone mfr's, is lined up with Windows. It is rather soon to see larger adoption, I suppose.
