I have been learning a few mods and things for our bolt, and would like to offer to you, I am very happy to offer a couple of Modded Lock Rings for Sense 3.0, These rings are on the sexy side and i hope you enjoy!!!!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEATHER WALLPAPER INSTALL:
1. DOWNLOAD APK TO YOUR SD CARD WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT!
2. IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE ADB, THEN INSTALL IN YOUR SYSTEM/APP
3. OR BY USING "ROOT EXPLORER" FROM MARKET -- COPY AND PASTE IN YOUR SYSTEM/APP FOLDER (WILL OVERWRITE EXISTING- JUST HIT YES)
4. YOU MUST SET PERMISSIONS TO;
JUST LIKE THIS SCREEN SHOT BELOW
ONCE PERMISSIONS ARE SET SAVE AND REBOOT!!!
SET YOUR LOCK SCREEN TO THE WEATHER, OR YOU WONT SEE IT!!!

FLASH THESE MODS THROUGH CWM, Should work with Rom MGR, but I don't use it that way, so good luck on that ( let me know if it does work
