It is recommended that after you find the mod you want that you use DXC's animation speed mod

The animations were found in several places across the internet
I will try to keep these up to date
Do not try to flash these on other versions then what they are listed for​

They have been updated to the latest version of miui prior to release

For those interested
You can extract the framework Apk from your current ROM
Take the framework/res/anim folder from the listed zip
Add the anim folder to the Framework and adb push it or just replace the one in the zip and flash it

If you add the Res folder correctly, nothing will break

brentblend in case you want to update these, turns out the Defy build has USB icon fixed and Deep Sleep fix built in automatically. I didn't have to do anything to it at all. Should make things easier for you.
