I haven't ran it yet since I'm on liquid. So this script just replace the classes.dex file that has data throttle removed? I usually remove it manually. I always get force closure when I try to access mobile networks after I remove the data throttling and replace the classes.dex file.BMc08GT said:so i am taking that the script worked?
i am experiencing fc's (com.android.phone) when trying to open mobile network settings. I am unsure why at this point though. Do you know how to run a logcat?
The issue of WIFI breaking when you run the 3G booster?BMc08GT said:figured out the issue with the 3gbooster on xda...incorporating a build.prop edit into my next script
I don't think it works either. I'm thinking you should have it replace the services.jar file instead of classes.dex. have it rename the current services.jar file to services.jar.old and then copy the services.jar that has the modified classes.dex included.BMc08GT said:the classes.dex is first. it spits out a long thing about cp use but it does work. does it give an error msg?
That's why you should copy services.jar and it should work fine. It will take a while to boot but it's normal.BMc08GT said:so performing the script through cmd is successful....but cp classes.dex into services.jar causes me to sit at M logo.....hm
Are you running it as root?'[TSON said:;68584']I run it, and everything that it's supposed to be backing up (for example, build.prop.old), it says "no such file or directory exists".
It shouldn't hang at the moto screen. It should take a long time on the bootanimation screen. You most likely will need to sbf or if you can get it into recovery restore a backupkoonrat45 said:so i know you said it would take a long time for it to reboot but my phone has been chillin at the moto boot logo for almost 20 minutes now.....
Attached is the services.jar with the throttle removed for Cyanogenmod 7 newest nightly. http://www.mediafire.com/?ycaxm5ia8vv13ihSyNiK4L said:dang i wish this would work for cm7....hint hint bmc :androidwink:

speed is relative to your distance from a tower and other variables.
sitting in my house, i get 200-400k, but when I'm at work i get 1000-1500k
if you flash this and don't get 8000000000000k per second, that doesn't mean it's not working
Haha. Dvader made a good point. In going to try your script on Apex which is a GB rom. Hopefully it'll help out my speedsBMc08GT said:Lol yu tell em rob. Haters
