JakebitesModsv18 for all ROMS with the D2/DX OTA GB Kernel

This can be flashed over any new OTA GB ROM unless the kernel changes!
Guys and gals, if you like my mods please mark as installed and rate! It makes me happy.

Warning:
This is ONLY for the DROID 2 AND DROID X ON THE OTA GB KERNEL.

If you flash this onto a:

you will bootloop due to the way the InteractiveX Governor has to be activated.

V7 coming your way today.

V7 will be DX/D2 universal this is possible because build.prop is edited now on boot instead of built in. This is to accomidate all of the ROMs as these mods are no longer just for CM7GB. The only drawback is the build.prop edits won't be active on the first boot. You need to reboot after the flash for them to take effect.
Small price to pay Jake. Thank you!

CM7GB-601
Jake, you're out of control. ;-) Nice work.
have some trouble following here..

Ive installed jakesmodsv6 as a zip from my SD card through rom manager..

I than go into terminal, type SU and it asks for SU permission, hit accept and everything is good.

I get a #, than type undervolt and it says "undervolt: not found"

what am I missing?

If I go to cpu settings in CM settings, my CPU is set to interactiveX with min at 300 and max at 1000.. I have not touched any settings in there since loading revs cm7 gb 9/2 build and jakesv6.

After su, you'll get the #
Now type modcentral and then enter. Follow the directions after

CM7GB-601
I dont see a #9 option, unless I"m doing something wrong. I chose #6 (overclocking/undervolting) than chose undervolt 1.0ghz.

While I understand this, I'm lost at people saying option 9 is the best

And also, should I be booting to the recovery screen after selecting to reboot?

I believe the option 9 your hearing is for V6 supercharger. Which I cannot get to work with the latest
update.

Option 9 is for the v6 supercharger and >>>>PLEASE<<<< read the disclaimer when you set the cpu differently when it comes up. It will answer your question.
# 9 option is recommended for V6 Supercharger, which is a separate script/mod that you can access from Jake's menu...Choose the option in Jake's menu for Supercharger, then once you're in Supercharger choose option 9.
Oops...piled on there. ;-)

I dont think you piled it on that bad, I'm an option 9 user myself.
Supercharger will be fixed in this update too. Just made a silly mistake last time.

Ok, more questions..

Accessed the modcentral menu, selected v6 supercharger.. typed Y at Y/N prompt to enter supercharger menu, and it says "Cannot open '/system.xbin/SuperCharger.sh'

Im going to leave well enough alone, and stick to the underclocked 1.0ghz. Shouldn't effect anything, right?

download script manager free from market.
go to system.
go to xbin.
run v6 supercharger.
I personally select option 2 (normal)
then select option 9
when done loading reboot phone.
now your supercharged
It'll be fixed tonight.
Can I install v7 right over v6? Or will I need to do the whole sbf, gb ota, cm7 and than install v7?

Also, Will the fact that I undervolted 1.0ghz through modcentral effect the supercharger at all?
You can install all of my updates right on top of each other.
Sweet, I got the v6 supercharger up and running, I have option 9 on v6 and undervolted/1.0g and it seems pretty solid so far. No FC's or sleep of death.

Are you going to include a way to remove your mods? Not that I have any intention to do so and I have no idea how much effort it would take on your part to code that, just seems like it would be a nice feature to round out an already amazingly customizable mod.
