While using the QuickBooks Desktop, it started throwing a QuickBooks Bex error on my computer screen. I am not a tech-savvy person; thus, I have no idea how to solve the situation. Instead, I attempted to repair the damaged Windows components with the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic tool, but nothing worked. I also spoke with the specialists over the phone, and they claimed that their Level 3 agent would contact me to look into the situation. But neither of them called, and when I called them, they didn't answer. So I'd be glad if anyone has had a similar experience and has a solution!
