I have installed the SDK and now I am trying to get the computer to recognize my phone through adb. I installed java according to the source site but when I run the command ./adb devices, i get this error???

./adb: error while loading shared libraries: libncurses.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can someone help me with this, I have only been using ubuntu about 5 days, I had this set up flawlessly on my win 7 setup but I am having issues here, thanks!

Do you have libncurses installed? I'm going to guess that you may want libncurses5-dev, but am not completely certain if that is the package you need or not.
