Noob Problem Help

I have a problem at the moment with my nexus 7 and I don't know what to do.. I was in clockworkmod recovery following a tutorial to install a custom kernel and I accidentally hit the sideload option.. now it's stuck on that screen and I don't know what to doooo, help please!
