Gapps work again on 7-28 nightly. Issue was caused due to the ROM itself becoming a bit too big so there wasn't enough memory for the Gapps to properly install.

Loving this ROM. GAAPS installed fine here also. Running smooth as silk. Love the honeycomb lockscreen and the hidable notification widget
