I recently was able to get Pdroid to patch. To start with I have a flashable zip for AOKP B36.
Just flash in CWM or TWRP and install the PDroid application. Anyone that gives this a try let me know how it works for you.

In case you don't know what PDroid is it is essentially a permission manager that is open source, built into the framework, and effective.

These are for the Fascinate not the Nexus. You could try backing up and flashing if you feel like it but I wouldn't expect it to work. There is a patcher for linux if you want to make one.
