I recently was able to get Pdroid to patch. To start with I have a flashable zip for AOKP B36.
Just flash in CWM or TWRP and install the PDroid application. Anyone that gives this a try let me know how it works for you.
In case you don't know what PDroid is it is essentially a permission manager that is open source, built into the framework, and effective.
