Hey all! Here is the scoop:
When I got my Thunderbolt, I gave my mom (bec I used her upgrade for the TBolt) my S-Off Incredible.
Today, she powered up the DInc, and it's at the [STRIKE]HBOOT[/STRIKE] FASTBOOT. Volume keys, trackpad, and power button do nothing. I did a battery pull, and it's taking me to the same spot on power up. Any suggestions?

With some help on TeamAndIRC #Thunderbolt, I've pseudo concluded my track pad has some scum stuck underneath it. If anyone else can verify AND knows how to get the crud out, that'd be LOVELY.

At work our Torque heads are one size too large. I wiggled it around till it worked backed everything up, used ROM Manager to Boot to Recover, turned S-On and am taking it in for exchange today.
