So we're aware of the broken wifi issue, even though the kernel seems to restore. Dees_Troy is the lead TWRP dev and is away for the weekend so we'll work on it once he's back. Again, neither of us have a TF300 so we may need some assistance on Tuesday.

Hmmmm I saw the extremely long version but I may just wait and stay on CM9
I wipe, reinstall cm9 then restore my backup. Worked for me last night.

Can someone make a backup of CM9 (latest build) then wipe (system and factory reset in the wipe menu) and restore? Pull the recovery log after you restore (adb pull /tmp/recovery.log or Advanced-copy recovery.log to sdcard)
Does wifi work?
Is /data/misc/wifi/nvram.txt there?

If wifi is broken does "cp /system/etc/nvram_4329.txt /data/misc/wifi/nvram.txt" fix it? If it doesn't what do you need to do to fix wifi?

Also, need someone to install stock then backup, wipe, restore and post the log of that too.

I can when I get home. But only way for me to restore wifi is to flash the cm9 zip before the restore. And I did have the nvram.txt but it was blank even after copying the nvram_4329.txt and rebooting.
