Our business is basically freelance work. We use Square, primarily. It is easy. It is quick. The customers like it. But the fees add up.
We also have numerous expenses we pay for with a credit card (the largest is software. We also hire other freelancers and they prefer to get paid as quickly as possible.)
I hate these fees. It’s not like it kills my margins or anything cheapest card processing fees, but it adds up to our single largest expenses (aside from hiring other people)
