I've sent the most mms text this week (with no problem) than all year... try to limit the file size limit on things like pictures... it seems you can't send full size pictures you take with the phone.... they will need to be resided... goSMS will do it nicely...

GoSMS is what I use.... hmmmm, time to do a full wipe/cache/dalvik to see if that helps.

Question for anyone running Toro 1.2.11

Anyone have issues with audio_out wake locks?

I've got all sounds disabled vibrate, dial pad, screen lock etc and I'm getting like 25 mins worth of it still.

Hey guys, great work on the ROM. After my first day of using it I am pretty impressed. One question though. I just noticed the "Toro Plus" link that appears to be 1.2.3 can someone point me in the direction of what change from 1.2.2 that might be? I could just be missing it in the OP, but it seems like something relatively small that could be overlooked. Thanks!

Hey everyone! Long time lurker, first time poster...

Really just wanted to give a HUGE THANKS to the GummyNex Developers!!! I absolutely love my GNex but it has become a whole new, even better beast since I started using your ROM! Was a little nervous to root at first (kept hearing about "official updates direct from GOOGLE!" and "dude, it will get updates like ten times a day!"...then the reality set in), but I did and this was my first ROM and I honestly can't even use anything else.
Been using since 0.9.0 and now running 1.2.5 and aside from a few glitches here and there (mostly user error, at that), this is actually smoother than the "vanilla" ICS that the phone ships with.

Just to put some numbers to it, to show my appreciation (numbers are stock -then- Root+GummyNex):
- Average Screen-On Battery Life: 1hr48min vs 2hr51min (screen always at manual brightness of ~25% and 30sec timeout)
- Percentage of Time "Force Wake'd": 4-8% vs 0%
- RECEPTION: -109dBm vs -88dBm (in the same exact location, right here at my computer)
- Average of 5 Best Download/Upload Speeds: 19.12Mbs/13.75Mbs VS 35.29Mbs/21.98Mbs!!! (5 Locations; Home/Work/School/Girlfriend's/Nearby High-Signal Area)
- Ping Average: 78ms VS 41ms!

Also, there have been a TON of other benefits, including:
- My browser force-closes maybe 1/4-1/8th as often as it did before
- Responsiveness is WAY up
- I actually get 4G signals in places that I couldn't even get 3G signals!
- A big one for me: my WiFi is WAAAAY better!! Seriously, it's amazing how I can still access my home WiFi from over 500ft away as opposed to before, not even being able to get it in the basement! (Asus RT66-NU dual-band 450Mbs+450Mbs primary router + Linksys WRT310N v1.1 w/DD-WRT Wireless Repeater-Bridge + Linksys WRT54Gv3 w/DD-WRT as Wireless Repeater Bridge; both bridges feed off of Asus router, not one another)
- I have gone from forced-reboots multiple times a week to MAYBE once in the last month and a half? It's so infrequent as to be more of an "oh? what's that?" than a "AAARGGGHHHH!!!!!" kinda thing

I love the integrations of Imoseyen's LeanKernel, as well as the inclusion of the multiple tools/apps and such... It was all perfectly set out!
In fact, I paid full price for the PRO versions of Apex Launcher, ROM Toolbox Pro, and a couple of others (plus, it persuaded me to purchase the full Titanium Backup), some of them not even because I "needed to" but because I felt the developers deserved major credit for their work.

I hope this doesn't come across as brown-nosing or anything, I just want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to you all for creating this! It's developers like you that are making this phone the truly ultimate phone, and so long as you all keep putting in such effort, I have a feeling it will be a very long time before anything de-crowns THIS King!!!

Tried installing this twice on my phone and just got stuck at the rainbow cat.

The first time I forgot to install Gapps so I restored back to the factory image. Second time, installed the ROM and Gapps and got the same result.

Had to pull the battery to reboot, thinking maybe it was a first-boot issue, but no luck. Rainbow cat and that's it.

any ideas?

edit: This was on the verizon Galaxy Nexus. I used the 'toro' .zip

Aside from the OP, which hasn't been updated in quite some time, where would a change log live for releases? I know there usually isn't one for a test build for obvious reasons, but I would like to know the changes in the releases.
