The update killed my cm7 market.

I used the gapps for cm9 version 8 (google search found the test version) which installed fine and seems to be working (market now logs in and doesnt vanish). I love cyanogen folks!

Dalingrin said to follow the original instructions to install, you can throw moboot and CWM in to the cminstall folder if they are not working anymore.

Thanks tons for CM for the Touchpad!

Quick check on how to upgrade using AcmeInstaller2:

0.1) go into Clockworkmod and backup everything with Nandroid
1) upload "update-cm-9.0.0.0....." to the 'cminstall' directory on the Touchpad (or, to the 'sdcard'?)
2) reboot, plug into computer, hold down button to see the USB icon
3) type "$ novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller2" from the terminal on my PC, same as done installing original CM7

Is this correct? Anything else I really need to or should do?

If you cant get usb to mount, then go to recovery (cwm) and then mount and storage, mount usb (while plugged into computer). That mount the storage on pc so you can add a gapps file and run in CWM>
