So when coming from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 I have to flash the 2.08.651.2 radio update and a different kernel right or does this do it for us?

I flashed the new radio first, but others have reported that they are still on old radio and flash back and forth between 2.3.3 and 2.3.4 all the time with no problems. If you aren't having any radio problems, then I wouldn't worry about it and just flash the ROM. It has the kernel in it.

I have tested multiple ROMS. This ROM has offered the best balance of performance and battery life of any of the ROM's I've used. The only issue I've found is with the Reboot / Shutdown process. I can't wait wait for an update to this ROM! Great Work.

I have a couple bugs I have noticed:
1. When unlocking almost everytime it goes to camera.
2. when on a call the screen with flash black and phone screen and you can't do anything else while on a call.
