I am working on getting this installed as we speak, just gotta make a backup first. also, any idea how long it should take to go through. It seems like it is taking forever on ther installing update step...like it is hanging. I disabled lagfix and conversion just as another idea. I will wait a little longer before restoring and trying again.
edit:re-enabled voodoo stuff and tried and it still hangs. is there another senario that I could try(disable this enable that, etc). I want to try it but it just isnt going. had no problems with others

nothing here still on the factory reset, clear cash, lagfix on and off as well as conversion on and off. I will give it another shot as soon as you are able to poke around and see whats not going on. What we are seeing is it getting to step 3 installing update but the progress bar does nothing. I gave it a good twenty minutes on each try with no luck.

Damnit. Well....ill have to look at it tonight.

Try this if you can: it may be a bum updater.script

Try pulling the meta.inf folder from my stock rom or heinz and replace it in my new rom. Make sure you use 7zip.
Trying as we speak, will post in a minute with results.
result: seems like I am getting the same result.

Gotta head out to pay all the bills now. If I can get a good wifi connection I will try any new updates you get.

Just flashed the v5 over the v0.9 and it works great. I am digging the notification pull down but I still really like the 0.9 version of heinze(the 3d app drawer). Still running that "other" oc/UV voodoo kernel with no issues that I didn't already have until ours is completed. Maybe the trick is to make a whole bunch of different zip updates for people to flash to customize a base version. Sort of doing that already I guess.

Have same issue with minfree. Same thing with launcher save and restart. Screen freezes on wallpaper then reboot.
I may try to go all the way back to stock when I ha e the time and then reflash everything and see if that resolves my issues

I too would like to see that lock screen (aosp). I just like that you can silence w/o having to fully unlock. I can't remember where rockstarkids link was to the jar file for it. If memory serves me right there was something that didn't work quit right once installed.

Edit: found it. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=4QE3HL6Q reboot/ recovery via power button doesn't work, otherwise works fine. If I knew anything about programming Id love to try to tackle making reboot recovery work with the power button.
Cool. Maybe jp can figure it out and just make a flashable zip as some will like it and some wont I am sure. I personally like the lockscreen used in the h57 build with the circle dragging over. It is clean and nice, but having those other options would be great to.

I am having no problems adding contacts to the stock contact app or anything else for that matter. I think that is a phone specific issue. I also do not seem to have any audio issues either. I am running this on a mesmerize

Heh. I just tried out the "other" rom and I really could care less about the whole ei20 deal at this point. Not really much different in my opinion. I now understand what tsm parts are and how awesome they are. Is it just a permission thing for you to add it in or is it a whole coding difficulty thing. I would lo e to see tam added in your roms

Okay. That is what I thought. No real need to switch over yet unless I have to have tsm parts, and what good are the parts unless you have a theme to go with it. This is a definate situation of having your cake and eating it to.
