Weird thing happened....went from stock EH09, flashed CWM3, flashed stock_EH09_Deodexed and everything worked great....flashed Awesomesauce, v4 , and then my touchscreen stopped working couldnt move puzzle lock...flashed v5 update, same problem, reflashed deodexed stock rom, screen is A-ok

Can v5 be flashed w/o disabling voodoo? just did it wo thinking and everything SEEMS ok.

Select choose zip from sdcard
Find zip and flash.
i forgot about getting into the red screen. did that and now its working will play with it today. so far seems pretty nice. sorry for being a noob

Just flashed the v5 over the v0.9 and it works great. I am digging the notification pull down but I still really like the 0.9 version of heinze(the 3d app drawer). Still running that "other" oc/UV voodoo kernel with no issues that I didn't already have until ours is completed. Maybe the trick is to make a whole bunch of different zip updates for people to flash to customize a base version. Sort of doing that already I guess.

This is not heinz57. there is no v9 of this rom. This rom is packaged with voodoo kernel. So what would be the procedure for switching to H57 from this ROM, aside from the wipes and resets? Do I reflash the stock kernel first, then H57, or would that matter?
Make sure you flash the v4 package FIRST.
Then flash the v5 update.
Seriously though guys, i try my best to provide thorough instructions. Please just read and FOLLOW the instructions in the op. Things will work just fine if you do exactly what those instructions say. I promise.
