And we finally have this damn ROM!!!! Thank you USCC for finally bringing the bacon!!!!

Just to let everyone know, this is a Work in Progress!!! There are still more mods that I'll be adding to this as soon as i figure them out!!! From what i have tested so far, everything works!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!

So without further stalling for upload time, i give you the Team Heinz v1.1 version of TOUCHWIZ GINGERBREAD!!!!

I am not responsible for anything you do to your phone so please follow the instructions exactly...You don't want a $600.00 paperweight, and if you end up with one...I hope you got money to fix it...

now...the mods included in the ROM are the crt screenoff animation, puzzle lock, reboot options, and OVERSCROLL GLOW and updated it to version 1.1 and added in the crutch.apk for more download types support, and dfgas got the gtalk 2 from AOSP working on this so now its included in the ROM as well!! Also has the Adrenaline Shot v7 included in the ROM! (Thanks Team Acid!!!)

Added a no clock mod and made the notification pull down themed (finally) and added a patch to add the clock back if you want it...ENJOY!!!

UPDATE : Added the Data Button to the notification dropdown, THANKS NITSUJ17, and also made it say Team Heinz in the carrier text...still more to come...sorry development is slow on the ROM guys but i have also added the adrenaline shot mods to the ROM by team acid!!! so if your on the voodoo kernel you will get even more speed with this update!!! Welcome to Version 1.1!!!

Update : Thanks to androidjonny, all you showcase users can now use this with mms working....get to flashing people!!!!! and all showcase users thank androidjonny for the working mms!!!

UPDATE : For both versions, i fixed the black on black text while keeping the Blue Honeycomb Theme so yea...ENJOY!

Instructions :
Download and move to the root of your sdcard
wipe data, cache, and dalvik
Flash in CWM
wait forever for it to reboot
then BAMMMMM, Paydirt!!!

Flash over v1.1 if you want to remove the Notification clock!!! This works with both Mesmerize and Showcase!!!

Version 1.1 includes overscroll glow, reboot options, CRT screen off animation, no clock mod, and themed notification pull down with extras and is pre-themed with the Ultimate Honeycomb theme with fixed text...should be no black on black!!! Also has the mobile data button (Thanks Nitsuj17!)and I think thats it!!!

This works to fix GPS issues till and this will be included in my next release,but until then....you guys get a lil patch...this was made by nitsuj17 i believe and was used to fix gps with EC09...i have tested it and it works for us to, so thanks nitsuj17 for your awesomeness!!!

Text on the buttons (unselected) needs to be lighter, i.e., setup wizard, selection buttons, black on black, that kinda shit

Also, text in search bars, input screens needs to be darker, lol,

Other than that... HOLY ****ING SHIT!!!

thats just the way the theme works...its the NeonGT theme built in and on every phone i have seen it on, the text looks like that

Dumb Question but is this just Mesmerize or can us Showcase users partake in the fun? Just wondering why you have to odin the EH09 build first, if you are still on a TW based rom?

i will do a showcase version...trying to teach android jonny how to do this so he can start trying to dev for the showcase...its harder for the mesmerize devs to do this for the showcase cause we cant bug test everything...but it is getting done

Read our thread please. The questions you are asking have already been answered. Check repartition in odin when flashing stock Rom. Then uncheck repartition. Then flash cwm4. Then reboot into recovery mode, do a factory wipe, then flash Heinz.

If that doesnt work, check with walmart for a 22 oz. hammer.

Tator, I can confirm no gps on mes.

Country_Gravy, try the above process and don't flash gapps anymore. You don't need them as this is not aosp.

well thats gay...this is a stock uscc ROM...so its something they screwed up i think...ill look into it though sir

Bad news, veiled in awesomeness. I flashed stock, stepped outside and ran gps status and IMMEDIATELY got 8 locks. I was blown away. I opened maps and locked to 4 meters within 30 seconds. Suffice to say sammy got it right this time. Back to the drawing board , good buddy.

This is ruining on the rfs file system and we have no support for ext4 yet...and when we do get source, then someone like jt will have to make out support ext4...will be updating again in a day or so...reworking the framework and a .jar file trying to get this to theme better...right now we are having problems getting this to compile with different themes so as of now...no themes yet, that is currently being worked on by team heinz...we thank you for your patients and letting us make this the best damn TW rom we can

for a feat like this, i would have to get sbrissen to do his mods, and he is currectly working on AOSP ROMs right now so...imma say no.....for now!!!

Another question: anyone working on themes for this? The current green theme isn't too bad, except that the "Accept" "Cancel" buttons are nearly impossible to read...something in a navy blue flavor would be awesome...:androidwink:

But lemme say, after using Gb/H57 for most of the afternoon/evening now, I *love* it...many thanks to EVERYONE that had a hand in this!

the framework is being a lil on the crappy side as far as theming goes but its in the works...the reason the text is the way it is....its the way the NeonGT theme was made to look

Couple of quick questions. I like the Navigator app stock on the Mesmerize. Can I bring it over through Titanium and use it? And secondly, can I restore a stock nandroid backup over this rom?

Hahhaaha.. All I'm saying is I don't like the theme and the themed Skype Keyboard (that bright green is hideous).. that's all.. Its just not my thing... Good that you are working on it... I should (if I ever find time) start getting back into GFX. I used to be a game artist back in the Amiga days.. Shame pretty much everything I worked on never came out. But I do have links to magazine scans for proof... If I could kick myself in the arse I would be able to theme an entire ROM (Visual wise at any rate)..

Closes when selecting the drop down. If it works for you then I will rewipe it all and reflash and see if that fixes it.

the edits made to give us overscroll glow broke some other stuff...it still has a good bit of work to be done on it and said work is happening, but as you all know life is going on at the same time so please be patient with me and these problems will be fixed...BTW please read the OP and see that there is a version still posted that does not have the overscroll glow and therefor nothing is broke, so if the few things that got broke by the glow bother you, please use v0.4 until these problems are resolved

One of the issues I have noticed is that even though I change the notification ringtone it does not change when I receive a text message. I do not believe that I had this problem with .4.

you have to change it in the stock mms app settings...did this in froyo too
