Can i flash those gapps gapps_ics_210112?
I flashed 210112 zip on y phone it works. Not sure what the difference between the files are though. They seem the same. You can always download the google apps from market.

So far the rom seems very stable. I may need to flash a different radio as xxkk6 is jumpy where I am located. As for kernel will need to play around an see how the battery life is.

Hi. Please pardon if this question sounds silly, but I'm pretty new to this GNex flash/rom business.. so if I had the previous version installed (1.1.4), do I need to wipe before going to 1.2.0?

Have tried 2 other roms and by far this performs the best. Thanks for the great work!

Always use the latest GApps and doing a full wipe is always recommended.

If you do not wipe and use titanium backup then do not restore any system apps.

Your mileage may vary.

Thanks. May I know if there are known issues with the radio? I got signal drop (both during and not in call) intermittently. Revert back to 1.1.4 and no such drops.

I love this ROM and the philosophy that goes along with it! This will be my first choice in ROMs I use as long as you guys keep doing what you are doing! I'll be donating and supporting your work too. Thank you!

Now, a couple questions about the features of the new included kernel...
I am looking for:
  1. NFS (client and server)
  2. USB OTG,
  3. UV
  4. GPU+CPU OC.
  5. Actually, I want a kernel with the usbserial module included, but I have not found that yet.
Where can I find a list of kernel features?

Can I use a different kernel with version 1.2.0 of the ROM? If so, can I use the Tuna kernel posted by Faux123? That kernel has most of the features I am seeking (except usbserial).

Here's my current setup:

[Kernel]GSM[3.0.17]ICS4.0.1/2/3,UV,GPU+CPU OC,CIFS,SLQB,OTG,FIOPS(v010)[Jan-17]

I've been using various Franco kernels and currently 3.0.18-franco.Kernel-nightly-15.1

New issues to report.

Thanks a lot for your ROM mate, this is the first time I stick to an awesome ROM with a lot of USEFUL tweaks, I mean useful in a all aspects of your ROM. By the way when upgrading to an upgrade version of your ROM, do you still need to wipe data and cache, or you can skip data and just wipe cache and dalvik only? And one last thing, you used imoseyon kernel before why change to a different one, imoseyon is great on battery and performance, just a question though.

Thanks

I am using a GN GSM with 1.20 Codename ROM and Franco's new kernal.

Recently my phone intermittently displays the message, ""Unfortunately, CNDLauncher has stopped working." The only way to rid of this message is to take out the battery.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
What are your recommendations? Should I install Nova Launcher?

I read the forums a lot and this is the first time I've seen this problem.

I am running 1.3.2 Codename Android GSM with 1.9.0 Lean Kernel.

This is the first serious bug I've found.
I received a voice mail notification today (I am with Telus), so I dialed the number and was requested for my password.
I pressed the first number of my password and the screen flashed, the led flashed once and the automated operator said I incorrectly entered my password. I tried 3 more times with the same result.

I then rebooted my phone and tried again and it worked.

Anyone seen this?

Cheers

Is anyone having some serious battery issues with this? I have had them with 1.2.0, 1.3.0 and 1.3.2 using the stock kernals that come with the ROM as well as Franco 15.2 and 16. I have the Seidio 3800mah super extended battery and am at 7% just after 5 hours. Granted, I have been using it quite a bit, but has been on 25% brightness while doing so, and for the first how or so I was using wifi. I switched to 4g to see how the battery drain would be.

Prior to using any custom roms, I was getting over 30 hours of use with the phone on 40% brightness on average and 4g/GPS enabled, while I dont need the battery to last this long. I would like atleast 15 - 20 hours of use out of the phone with GPS/4g enabled and 40% brightness. I really dont want to use any of the other roms because I truly do love this one, but may have to go away from it for a while until this issue is fixed unless someone cant point to something they have done to improve their own experience. Thanks!

Edit: Wrong forum, I am on CDMA GNex.

Best,

RC3

I just flashed this ROM (coming from ARHD because I want a bit of modding) with franco.kernel and it's stable enough for me. Overall pleasing.
But then I was like, "oops", I just realized this ROM doesn't sync with Facebook! (seemingly)
Please do add this important but defunct feature in the next update! Thanks!

Facebook syncs fine for me. You may need to clear the Facebook app data and try again.

When I go into Settings > Interface > Lockscreen > Custom Targets and set my 4 targets, nothing changes on the lockscreen. I have not been able to set any custom targets, no matter what I try. How do I get this to work? I assume I'm just doing something wrong. Thanks for tips on how to use the custom lockscreen targets.

I'm on 1.3.3 and I did a full wipe everything when I installed it.
