Then that is a problem with Nova. The code to handle menu keys has absolutely nothing to do with the Launcher.

I downloaded Nova just to confirm. It would appear that the long press menu options in Nova are eating the keypress. Not much I can do with it.
Nova all of sudden turned evil and started overriding things normally done by the system. Not sure why he decided to start doing this.

So for the life of me I can't get the lock screen shortcuts to configure the way I want. I add one and it goes in. I add two and I lose the google now shortcut.

There is a fix coming today for this.

Sounds like this update is not ready! Hate upgrading ROMs and dealing with problems. I'll just wait until this is fixed. I use my phone too much to be experiencing problems.
We all use our phones. This wasn't a ROM issue.

is anybody else having trouble with charging? When I'm plugged into the wall outlet it says I'm charging through usb I'm not sure why can anybody help me out I'm using the regular stock kernel that came with this rom thanks in advance guys
You are charging through USB. Unless you have one of those fancy docks that use the pogo connector.

Yep, we hacked this star wars toy. Pretty soon, you will be able to control the ROM with your thoughts.

Can you change the number of nav bar soft keys in this rom? I like just using 3 soft keys (back, home, search)

Yes ... um, well I can. ;-). We might be looking at another release on Tuesday.

Do you use better battery stats?

I have it and never had any issues. Honestly, why not approach ChainsDD if you are having issues? If there is a legitimate problem, he will fix it.

There's a one in twenty chance you ever see it. Initially it was every time. It will be egg'd in the next release.

I upgraded to the latest version and found that I don't have the stock document viewer for email attachments. Can someone point me in the right direction? Other than that this is a flawless ROM!
We didn't remove anything. What viewer are you referring to?

[background=rgb(247, 247, 247)]Does this rom have status bar slider for brightness, hide nav bar (full screen mode), long press volume keys to control music? also why the zip file is so big ([/background]443.55MB), most roms are about 110 - 160mb + Gaaps of about 80-90mb.
Yes, has all that. No, the rom is not that big. It is standard aosp size. Its less than 140mb.

Does this ROM have a 1X Option? I need my 1X for just enough date to get notifications :D
This makes no sense.

2.3.5 is up! But, still J003L build...

Next time. It was actually merged after I built 2.3.5.
I've been on 2.1 for a long time and tried upgrading to 2.3.5 the other day. The result was this:

So, I downgraded back to 2.1, and this issue was fixed. I tried upgrading incrementally from 2.1->2.2->2.3->2.3.5, but as soon as I flashed away from 2.1, to any version, I got the above. I've cleared cache/etc every time. I feel like this may have happened back when I went from 2.0 to 2.1, but I can't remember where in the world I found the fix for it. I've been Googling for a solution for this for a while now and can't find anything on it.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I finally broke down and did a full wipe, and it made no difference. It's still doing the above.
Are you using Rom Manager? And which theme is that?
I do have/sometimes use ROM Manager, but when trying to deal with that issue, I was doing everything manually. It is the stock "System" theme. No matter what theme I apply, or how many times I reboot, it does that.
Try applying another theme and then change back to system. It must be getting those images from somewhere.
Can the 4.2 gapps be used with this?
4.2 apps do not work perfectly and crash sometimes because our framework is different. Flash them at your own risk.

I did, I mean like the folders were pictures, music, etc are.if I'm not mistaken 4.2 ROMs create a folder called "0" I just forgot how to move/fix the folders to were my stuff shows up again
You shouldn't have to move anything. The files are moved on your first boot if you have never flashed a 4.2 ROM. There is a logical link so you won't see a 0 folder in any file manager.

Just make sure you update your recovery. Else if you ever wipe, it will start nesting zero folders.

No Maximize widget option on the lock screen options??? Hmmm...
We never disabled it so no clue what this is about. Mine maximize just fine. If the lock widget shows, just use your finger to hide it.
Any way to get quick reply in my notification panel for text messages?
The current implementation is buggy. We may write our own at one point.
