Team BAMF Proudly Presents...

Paradigm represents the culmination of months years of work to bring our users the best possible AOSP experience.

Using all of our previous experience with a multitude of devices and user interfaces, we aim to bring you something you just can't get anywhere else.
Are you ready for the shift?

When we set out to build this ROM, we wanted to keep the feel as stock as possible while adding as much functionality as possible.
The primary concern was always stability and user experience.

What to Expect:
  • Android 4.2.2 internals
  • Quick, lag-free performance
  • Rock-solid stability
  • Many original features
  • Bug-free (we hope) android experience
  • Outstanding developer support
What you won't find:
  • Useless tweaks, mods, and bloat
  • Over the top themeing
  • A coffee maker

Under the Hood:
  • AOSP 4.2.2 base
  • 4.2.2 Proprietary blobs
  • Custom busybox built for Team BAMF
  • SuperSU and su binary from Chainfire (for compatibility)

Loved this build, but really missing fast toggle
WTF is fast toggle? Sounds a lot like quick tile, but now toggle-y.

I think he's saying the option to choose left or right side to automatically show toggles when pulling opening notification drawer

Two finger pull on the status bar opens quick settings.

this AK kernel new? if so what app you using to tweak it

tia

Edit, anyone try out Tinykernel with the new BAMF?
The particular release I'm using is from yesterday, 018 AK DIAMOND.

Tinykernel works fine with BAMF. I flashed this ROM for three reasons. One, the developers with BAMF really know what they're doing as evident with ihtfp69's skyraider Sense ROM. Second, I'm not a fan of stock but wanted an alternative ROM that had a lighter memory footprint than CM which has been my favorite so far. Third, I wanted to test if my kernel will work on this ROM due to the issues people were reporting with third party kernels. I won't do this with every ROM as I don't have time to test every ROM.

I, for one, appreciate you taking the time to check it. It's bonus points if you stay on it. :-D

I just discovered this gesture, as well as the quick tile easter egg you guys included. That's a damn cool feature which adds a little flair to the ROM. Loving it!

I didn't see any of the sort in my thread. Was it specifically about this kernel? The only mention about my kernel and this ROM was whether or not it would boot not about issues booting this ROM. There were issues on a recent release but that one was pulled and it wasn't related to booting ROMs.

I used the test one I mentioned a few pages back but all of them 3.0 and higher will boot. If they don't for you let me know.

Love the bootanimation! One of the best ones I've seen, great work!

Just flashed this ROM, its great! Keep up the good work boys!

oh.. just one thing. Maybe next time you can add a one click silent on the volumes, when in quicksettings? =)

Tried the test one, booted fine, real snappy, but my battery is being raped lol other then that smooth!
I don't know what's causing it, but I did a full wipe before installing as I came from a different rom, but it is so un-smooth it's striking. I don't know maybe I'm used to Vanir being blazing fast, but I don't feel buttery when using this rom. Also not being able to change the size of the nav bar really bothers me. You have the ability to change the color....so why not the size? The default size is HUGE!

What is the top CPU user for you when the system has settled down after boot for at least 5 mins and the phone is idle?

I'd let it settle for a bit. As for the navbar, changing the color has far less impact than changing the size. I don't really understand the fascination with this anyway.

A couple years ago, some themer/modder would have made a "30 DPI" navbar mod you could flash, since you'd never change it again. Nowadays, because everything is a big kangfest circle-jerk it's just an expected feature.

tldr; ask on our forum, one of the themers will probably make you one.

Is Tiny's the top-recommended kernel for this?

If only stock kernel had fast-charge and color profile options...

He seems to be the only developer interested in making it boot, so i recommend it. Lol
