Th3orys site's been down, is there a patch to fix voicemail notifcations out for 1.5?

I put up a patch to bring the framework up to 2.11.605.3 & it also includes the voicemail fix

I will work on it when I get back hope to get it out early early November (i'm getting married tomorrow and then one week honeymoon)...I have done ideas to I hope you guys can be patient with me!!!!
