What you need:
Your HTC EVO 3D needs to be s-off and a custom recovery must be installed.
Installation:
- Download High ROM 3D and place the zip on your SD card
- Boot the device in recovery by holding vol-down + power
- Optional: Go to backups and restore and perform a backup
- Choose the option "wipe data/factory reset" and confirm
- Then choose the option "install zip from sdcard", then "choose zip from sdcard" and select the High ROM 3D zip file and confirm
- After flashing, reboot your device
