You may need to add a atmel-touchscreen.idc file to get ts working without pointer mode.

We've been working on that and from my own testing, it completely killed touch screen support for me and for OMJ it provided no benefits. Believe me, we're not walking blind on this one.

The ts is working now w/ the kernel aeroevan posted.

I was just letting ppl know you need to add the file I posted. It's not in the rom.

Could you elaborate on this a bit more?

Add the file I posted to the rom, flash the rom then flash the kernel aeroevan posted and you'll have a fully working touchscreen.

I may be confused, but does the headset fix mean that when you plug in headphones, the audio won't come out of the speakers? I noticed some minor fixes when I applied it (ie Wifi icon in the notification area), but when I plug in headphones, the audio still comes out of the speaker.

Yes, the audio shouldn't come out of the speakers. Not sure why it's not working for you try flashing it again or wait for an update.
