Instructions:

FULL WIPE RECOMMENDED! DOWNLOAD AND FLASH NEW GAPPS!

To Enable USB Mounting:

Windows - Menu > System settings > Storage > USB computer storage > Select "MTP"

Linux - Menu > System settings > Storage > USB computer storage > Select "PTP"

I got a build that doesn't have sysui crashes but its a mess in the log. Still a ways to go I think

Add the file I posted to the rom, flash the rom then flash the kernel aeroevan posted and you'll have a fully working touchscreen.

What are you doing for EGL? It looks like you actually have 3d support without systemui FC's all the time?

Fun to play with but watching the logcat live makes me want to cry. Actually not bad for having basically no drivers or anything. Fun to explore a bit but not much else to do right now.

The lowest brightness setting is very low, which I am a big fan of. Stock GB was too bright. Did anyone change that or is that how ICS is? I like it able to go that dim.

Happy Thanksgiving! That's true dedication if I ever heard it. I'm gonna try to impress my family with ICS, but thats easier said than done. See they are the non-root Android users that think their phone is already "good enough".

Did you change the wallpaper? When I changed to 2d wallpaper from the LWP, I started getting that too. Still tons for the devs to do with drivers and EGL. You can kill systemui if you want to play around though, but about the only thing you can do is go explore the menus. No radio/data/wifi/everything else yet.

Here is a video showing a build with working wifi and phone (but still no audio). I can send and receive SMS though
I can't check mms since camera and sdcard don't work yet...
