ill give this a go when we get most of the bugs worked out. i read today that certain phones are testing cm9 already.

btw protekk don't you sleep, eat and work? i always see you on here lol.

Between you guys and r2doesinc always needing me to turn my PC on at 3-4 AM I don't get much sleep lol

Well, I'll give you some major props because its so much more stable then alpha 2 was for sure. I'm very impressed. Get some sleep and we will be patiently wait for the next update. It would be funny if you all get it a stable release before the release of nexus.

Maybe you can sleep in the daytime like he does. lol You don't have him set up with WOL so he can do it himself?

Here is a test build that (hopefully) has 3g working for everybody:

That build just has my stuff based off of CyanogenMod, so it may not have everything fixed that should be done. But it looks like those gapps posted in the OP work.

Currently some of the only things that do not work are sensors, camera, and blutooth.

Looks like I forgot to remove the broken media_profiles.xml again :/

Looking good! Getting close... I laughed at the "tethering or hotspot active" menu in the browser is actually the find feature. One of the very nice features of this FAST browser.

so I assume you share your fixes with protekk right? (since it seems you have the 3g all working now...)

are both builds based off CM / each other ? so many different builds floating around, its hard to keep up

I actually enjoy using it as it is now, but I'm actually really anxious for the EGL to be fixed. All the core things i use, (market, texting, calls) all work already, just need some smoothness. :3

EDIT: And I've noticed that the builds from Protekk and aeroevan don't have the red box around the screen when certain things happen, like the builds from rm and touchpro over at XDA. Why is that?

Those getting stuck at boot, did you remove the media_profiles.xml as Aeroevan posted a page back or so? http://rootzwiki.com...post__p__259877 Just run it from adb while it is booting. You may have to reboot, but it should just keep booting.

I removed it from the zip before flashing, that worked fine.
