I am a Galaxy user myself, but the wife has a Moto Milestone from CellSouth. Model A854 I believe. Is this the correct Rom for her phone? Anything special I need to do to migrate to this ROM? I am not at all familiar with the Motorola. I came from the HTC hero to the Samsung Galaxy, so this will be my first attempt with Moto. I've got to do it right the first time or the wife will likely shoot me.

Thanks,
MM

You'll have to flash vulnerable recovery. Then install recovery like cwm but not cwm. Simply flash the rom after it.

Can you point me to some step by steps? If you can't post directly, just PM me. I understand the the idea of what needs to happen, but do I need to use something like RZrecovery?

Appreciate the help!
